Our Team

Behind our acclaimed culinary skills  is a team specially trained in the art of Chinese dishes. Our esteemed co-founder and head chef, Mr. Ma, has recovered the original recipes and cooking staff secrets, which can be told to generations, having brought them from his native country – China. They are confident as they have observed him for 40 years working in restaurants across Asia to help lead our team of chefs. All of them have been well trained on the complex aspects of certain regional specialities in China to ensure you get the best.

However, not only does our kitchen staff have the skilled expertise, but also the courteous and dedicated personnel. They must also know the background and ingredients of all meals prepared in our restaurant. The personnel that is working in the restaurant can make ‘pinpoint’ suggestions according to personal preferences. The goal is to make sure your experience of this site puts a smile on your face and warm fuzzies in your heart.

Our Menu

With our extensive menu, we ensure that all the dishes we offer range from Cantonese, Sichuan, Beijing, Shanghai and many more. 

We have a wide selection of appetizers of which we suggest that you start with in order to complete your meal. The spicy dipping sauce that accompanies our house made dumplings and sweet chili sauce for our vegetable spring rolls are favorites amongst our guests. I love them because they make such great options to prep the palate for other tastes.

Regarding the soup choices our guests again and again seem to find our Hot and Sour Soup to be the outstanding one. I am able to taste the sourness, spiciness and savory flavors all at once in a warm broth, no kidding. Soft tofu, crunchy bamboo shoots and mushrooms creamy on outside and tender on inside are the attractions to each spoonful.

As for our main courses, our Orange Chicken and our Kung Pao Chicken are two dishes that could not be missed. Crispy chicken cubes in a sweet influenced orange sauce or go for it spicy in our kung pao peanuts sauce. For vegetable lovers, Garlic Eggplant and Mapo tofu are the best vegetarian dishes filled with magnificient Chinese flavor.

The beautiful calligraphy art of Chinese worked into a simple painting and a statue of Buddha that I have placed as a mini shrine brings zen to this area.
